This week, Chris talks about the star babies he's making in Conception II, and trying to finish up Skylanders: Swap Force. Curt kept busy with Spelltower and Broken Age, and Jaime somehow admits to playing Puzzle & Dragons. Our special guest Shane O. gets everyone interested in Remember Me, and Bill makes peace with Battlefield 4. Gary didn't win Spelunky (yet), and we discuss the announcement of Skylanders: Trap Team. Shane explains the plot of Transcendence, and everyone loves the offerings on Toonami. Plus more!

This week we are joined by the lovely Ayla, and she shares with us her preparations for competing in Pokemon tournaments! Gary's still working on Luftrausers, and he's been distracted by Super Mario Bros. 3 on the Eshop. Chris tells us about making star babies and matryoshka dolls in Conception II, and everyone explains to Jaime the charm of Link's Awakening. We discuss the Nintendo Direct about Tomodachi Life, and debate Divekick vs. Smash Bros. Gary gives a review of the Chromecast, and much more!

In this very special, very silly, Midwest Gaming Classic edition of SCATcast, we are joined by our super-fan Justin, Wayne, the venerable Smitty, Kenny from the PKMNpodcast, and the lovely Ayla! Kenny has some impressions of Lego Lord of the Rings to share, and Chris can't list enough reasons why you should be playing The Cat Lady. Wayne talks Hearthstone and Ace Combat, and we all discuss the Castlevania franchise. We briefly talk Smash Bros. and Cave Story, and we round out the night with a rather dramatic playthrough of the Yawhg.

This week, Gary finished both South Park: Stick of Truth AND Metal Gear: Ground Zero. He gives his final thoughts on both, and Curt explains his week of gaming on his tablet with Dust: An Elysian Tale and Knights of Pen and Paper. We talk about iPad gaming with FTL and Hearthstone, and Jaime gets sucked back into Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Chris clears up the confusion over exactly what type of game Mercenary Kings is, as well as his shame/amusement over purchasing Goat Simulator. We talk about Amazon's big announcement of Amazon Fire, and we shamelessly beg for VitaTV. We discuss Nintendo, the Souls games, and a bunch more!
